I’ve created this piece to commemorate WW1.
My GREAT Grandfather posted this hand stitched card home from France to his wife during WW1. Full words are ‘Kind Thoughts and Best Wishes’.
The stitched cards were made by French ladies, and sold to the soldiers.
VERY PROUD, a sentimental, subtle coloured piece.
